1.1.Name of Legislative Instrument

1.1.1.This instrument is the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 22/00 – Head Restraints) 2006 Amendment 1.

1.1.2.This instrument may also be cited as Australian Design Rule 22/00 — Head Restraints Amendment 1.

1.2.Commencement

1.2.1.This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

1. AMENDMENT OF VEHICLE STANDARD

2.1.The changes specified in section 3 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 22/00 – Head Restraints) 2006.

1. AMENDMENTS

3.1.Clause C2. (former), renumber as clause C3.

3.2.Insert new clause C2. to read:

“C2.                 Vehicles certified to Australian Design Rule (ADR) 3/03 or a later version need not comply with this rule.”
