Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Amendment Regulations 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under section 45 of the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 .9 August 2010

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Amendment Regulations 2010 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Regulations 2001 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 35A amended (Application of Part) Regulation 35A(b)(iv) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "regulation 74 of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2000 " and substituting " regulation 91 of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2010 ". Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
