Vehicle and Traffic (Review of Decisions) Amendment (Written-off Vehicles) Regulations 2002

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 .7 October 2002

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic (Review of Decisions) Amendment (Written-off Vehicles) Regulations 2002 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Written-off Vehicles) Act 2002 commences. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Vehicle and Traffic (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2000 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Administrative decisions and eligible persons)Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after item 18 in Part 1 the following item:

A decision to refuse to clear a written-off vehicle label

Regulation 66G

The person whose application for the clearance has been refused

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
