I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 .12 July 2021

PART 1Preliminary1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2021. 2Commencement (1)  Except as provided in this regulation, the provisions of these regulations take effect on the day on which the making of these regulations is notified in the Gazette. (2)  Part 3 takes effect on the day on which the Vehicle and Traffic (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2021 commence. PART 2Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 Amended3The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021. 4The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021.
