Vegetation Management Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Vegetation Management Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the VegetationManagementRegulation 2000. 3 Amendment of s 3AB (Approval of offsets policy—Act, s 10C) Section 3AB, from ‘version’ to ‘approved’— omit, insert — ‘version 3 of ‘Policy for Vegetation Management Offsets’, made by the chief executive on 5 September 2011, is approved’.
