Vegetation Management Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Vegetation Management Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2013. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the VegetationManagementRegulation 2012 . 4 Amendment of s 7 (Approval of particular vegetation management maps—Act, s 20AG) Section 7— insert— (5) The map called ‘Vegetation management watercourse map—version 1.2’, certified by the chief executive on 14 June 2013, is approved as the vegetation management watercourse map.
