Vegetation Management Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Vegetation Management Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the VegetationManagementRegulation 2000. 3 Replacement of s 3A (Approval of regrowth vegetation code—Act, s 19T) Section 3A— omit , insert — ‘3A Approval of regrowth vegetation code—Act, s 19T ‘The document called ‘Regrowth vegetation code—On freehold and indigenous land and leasehold land for agriculture and grazing—version 2’ is approved as the regrowth vegetation code.’. 4 Amendment of s 3B (Approval of particular vegetation management maps—Act, s 20AG) (1) Section 3B(1), from ‘called’ to ‘is’— omit , insert — ‘called ‘Regional ecosystem map—version 6.1’, certified by the chief executive on 31 May 2011, is’. (2) Section 3B(2), from ‘called’ to ‘is’— omit , insert — ‘called ‘Remnant map—version 6.1’, certified by the chief executive on 31 May 2011, is’.
