s1 2 s3 Vegetation Management Amendment Regulation No. 138, 2004 (No. 1) 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Vegetation Management Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the VegetationManagementRegulation 2000. 3 Amendment of s 5 (Regions and ballots—Act, s 22G) Section 5(1)(a), (e) and (f), after ‘Bioregions’— insert— ‘, other than land in the CYPLUS area 1 ’.
