Application for termination of the Burbank Plumbing Enterprise Agreement 2010-2013.
[1] On 18 June 2019, Vault Plumbing Pty Ltd (the Applicant) made an application pursuant to s.222 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) to terminate the Burbank Plumbing Enterprise Agreement 2010-2013 (the Agreement).
[2] The Agreement is a single enterprise agreement and its nominal expiry date is 1 February 2013.
[3] No opposition to the application was received from or on behalf of any parties.
[4] Pursuant to s.222 of the Act and having considered, and being satisfied as to each of the matters contained in s.223 of the Act, the Agreement is terminated.
[5] The termination will operate from 1 July 2019.
