1. Name of Instrument

This instrument is the Variation to Licence Area Plan – Remote Central and Eastern Australian Radio – No 1 of 2015.

2. Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

Note: An instrument is registered when it is recorded on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments (FRLI) in electronic form: see the Legislative Instruments Act 2003, s4 (definition of register). The FRLI may be accessed at Variation

The Licence Area Plan – Remote Central and Eastern Australia Radio determined by the Australian Broadcasting Authority on 14 October 1996 is varied as follows:

(a)    in clause (2), omit the words “Attachments 1.2, 1.4 - 1.6 and 1.8 - 1.29” and substitute the words “Attachments 1.2 – 1.38”;

(b)   in clause (3), omit the words “Attachments 2.2 - 2.36, 2.38 - 2.48 and 2.50 - 2.83” and substitute the words “Attachments 2.2 – 2.83”;

(c)    omit Schedules One and Two and substitute Schedules One and Two to this instrument;

(d)   omit Attachments 1.1, 1.2, 1.4 to 1.6, 1.8 to 1.29, 2.1 to 2.36, 2.38 to 2.48, 2.50 to 2.83, 4.2 to 4.17, 5.2 to 45.2 and 47.2 to 56.2 and insert Attachments 1.1 to 1.38, 2.1 to 2.83, 4.2 to 4.17, 4.2 to 45.2 and 47.2 to 56.2 of this instrument.
