1  Name

This is the Variation to Licence Area Plan – Goulburn Radio – 2021 (No.1).

2  Commencement

This instrument commences at the start of the day after the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

4  Variation

The Licence Area Plan – Goulburn Radio (F2005B00637), is varied as follows:

(a)in clause (2), omit “1.16”, substitute “1.15”;

(b)in clause (4), omit “Attachments 3.2 and 3.3”, substitute “Attachment 3.3”;

(c)in Schedule One:

(i)     omit the third row of the table;

(ii)    after the fifth row in the table, insert:
