This is the Variation to Licence Area Plan – Burnie Radio – December 2001 – 2018 (No.1).
2 Commencement
This instrument commences at the start of the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
4 Amendments
The Licence Area Plan – Burnie Radio – December 2001 (F2005B00969) (principal instrument) is varied as follows:
(a) the principal instrument is renamed as the Licence Area Plan – Burnie Radio;
(b) on page 2, in the heading to the principal instrument, omit:
(i) “– DECEMBER 2001”; and
(ii) “DETERMINATION”;
(c) on page 2:
(i) before the first paragraph, insert “(1)”;
(ii) omit paragraph (1), substitute:
(1)This plan for radio broadcasting services in the Burnie area of Tasmania is made under subsection 26(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
(iii) before the second paragraph, insert “(2)”;
(iv) in paragraph (2):

(a) a reference to a schedule or an attachment is a reference to a schedule or an attachment to this plan; and
(b) a reference to the Broadcasting Services (Technical Planning) Guidelines 2017 is a reference to that instrument as in force from time to time; and
(c) a reference to any other legislative instrument is a reference to that other instrument as in force from time to time; and
(d) a reference to any other kind of instrument or writing is a reference to that other kind of instrument or writing as in force or in existence at the time the reference was included in this plan.
