This is the Variation to Licence Area Plan – Atherton Radio – 2018 (No.1).
2 Commencement
This instrument commences at the start of the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
4 Variation
The Licence Area Plan – Atherton Radio (F2005B00733) is varied as follows:
(a) at page 3, in paragraph (2), omit “Attachments 1.2 - 1.17 to this plan”, substitute “Attachments 1.2 - 1.18 to this plan.”
(b) repeal Schedule One, substitute Schedule One at Schedule 1 to this instrument;
(c) in Attachment 1.1, omit “Licence Area ID – 445”;
(d) repeal Attachments 1.2 - 1.17, substitute Attachments 1.2 - 1.18 at Schedule 2 to this instrument; and
(e) in Attachment 2.1, omit “Licence Area ID – 709”.
