I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 3(3) of the Valuers Registration Act 1974 .18 October 1999

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Valuers Registration Order 1999 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Effect of section 3 of the Valuers Registration Act 1974 Section 3 of the Valuers Registration Act 1974 is declared to have effect as if any reference in that section to the Commonwealth Institute of Valuers were a reference to the Australian Property Institute, incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1985 of South Australia.
