I, John Hatzistergos MLC, the Minister for Fair Trading, in pursuance of section 3 of
the Valuers Act 2003, make the following Order.

Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to declare certain laws of other Australian jurisdictions to be relating to registration as a valuer to be considered and taken into account in this jurisdiction.

Clause 1 Valuers (Corresponding Laws) Order 2005

Valuers (Corresponding Laws) Order 2005

Valuers Act 2003

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Valuers (Corresponding Laws) Order 2005.

2      Definition

In this Order:
the Act means the Valuers Act 2003.

3      Corresponding laws

For the purposes of section 3 of Act, the following laws are declared to be laws that correspond to the Act:

(a)	the Valuers Registration Act 1992 of Queensland,
(b)	the Land Valuers Act 1994 of South Australia,
(c)	the Land Valuers Licensing Act 1978 of Western Australia,
(d)	the Land Valuers Act 2001 of Tasmania.
