Explanatory note
Valuers Regulation 2010

The object of this Regulation is to amend the to increase the fees registration of Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002), 15 (Cancellation of registration) and 48 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Valuers Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2013.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2013 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Valuers Regulation 2010

(1) Clause 9 Maximum fee

Omit “$829”. Insert instead “$850”.
