Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Valuers Act 2003.

Explanatory note
Valuers Regulation 2010 Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002), 15 (Cancellation of registration) and 48 (the general regulation-making power).
The object of this Regulation is to amend the to increase the fees registration of
payable under the Valuers Act 2003 in relation to the registration of a valuer.
The fee increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index (rounded
to the nearest dollar).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Valuers Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2012.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2012 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
