Valuers Amendment (Fees) Regulation

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Valuers Act 2003.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase the fees payable under the Valuers Act 2003 in relation to the registration of a valuer, including the fee payable for the restoration of a cancelled registration.

The fee increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index. registration of Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002), 15 (Cancellation of registration) and 48 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Valuers Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2009.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2009 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Valuers Regulation 2005

(1) Clause 8 Maximum fee: section 15 (4)

Omit “$739”. Insert instead “$767”.
