VALUATION OF LAND REGULATIONS 1981

Regulations under the Valuation of Land Act 1963

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation of Land Regulations 1981.

2Repeal

The Valuation of Land Regulations No. 6 of 1967 and No. 12 of 1976 are repealed.

3Prescribed forms

For the purposes of a provision of the Act specified in Column 1 of the following Table, the prescribed form is the form specified opposite thereto in Column 2 of that Table and shown in the Schedule:
