I make the following order under section 20(11) of the Valuation of Land Act 2001.30 April 2004

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Valuation of Land Order 2004 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 28 June 2004. 3First fresh valuation of landsThe date before which the first fresh valuation of lands within the municipal areas of Central Highlands, Devonport, Kentish, Sorell and West Coast is to be made is fixed as 2 July 2004.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order) This order fixes 2 July 2004 as the date before which the first fresh valuation of lands within the municipal areas of Central Highlands, Devonport, Kentish, Sorell and West Coast is to be made.
