VALUATION OF LAND FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 1996

No 140—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels, AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Valuation of Land Further Amendment Act 1996, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 24th January, 1997, as the day on which that Act commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
