VALUATION OF LAND AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

(NO. 3) 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Valuation of Land Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1992.

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations, the Valuation of Land Regulations 1979* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 6 amended

By His Excellency's Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.

3.     (1) Regulation 6 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"several".

(2) Regulation 6 (a) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

12.00" and substituting the following —

"	$4.00
(3)	Regulation 6 (b) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

13.00" and substituting the following —

" $12.00 ".

(4) Regulation 6 (c) of the principal regulations is deleted.
