2. These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Valuation
of Land Amendment Act 1996 comes into operation.

VALUATION OF LAND AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Valuation of Land Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1996.

Principal regulations

In these regulations the Valuation of Land Regulations 1979* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 3A amended

4.     Regulation 3A of the principal regulations is amended -

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "shire of Albany" and substituting
the following -

local government district of Albany (Shire)

(b)	in paragraph (b) -
(i) by deleting "shires" and substituting the following -

local government districts "; and

(ii)     by inserting after "Northam" the following -

(Shire) ";

and

(c)

in paragraph (c) -

(i)	by deleting "shires" and substituting the following - " local government districts "; and
(ii)	by inserting after "Narrogin" the following -

(Shire) ".

Regulation 4 amended

5.     Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"municipality" and substituting the following -

local government ".

Regulation 5 repealed

6.     Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is repealed.

Regulation 6 repealed and a regulation substituted

7.    Regulation 6 of the principal regulations is repealed and the following

regulation is substituted -

Fees

6.    The fees specified in Schedule 1 are payable in respect of the

matters described in that Schedule.

Regulation 7 repealed

8.     Regulation 7 of the principal regulations is repealed.

Schedule 1 repealed and a Schedule substituted

9.   Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is repealed and the following

Schedule is substituted —

4.  Certified extract of valuation roll (s. 29 of

the Act) — per entry 12.00
