VALUATION OF LAND AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation
1. These reoulations may be cited as the Valuation of Land Amendment

2810 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA [26 June 1992

Commencement

2.     These regulations shall come into operation on the day on which the

Valuation of Land Amendment Act 1992 comes into operation.

Regulation 3A inserted

3.     After regulation 3 of the Valuation of Land Regulations 1979* the

following regulation is inserted —

Prescribed percentages wader

section 4 (1) (b) (vii) (II) of the Act

3A. The percentages specified in column 2 of the Table to this

regulation opposite the valuation districts specified in column 1 of the Table are the prescribed percentages for the purposes of section 4 (1) (b) (vii) (II) of the Act.
