VALUATION OF LAND AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Valuation of Land Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1991. Regulation 5 amended

2.    Regulation 5 of the Valuation of Land Regulations 1979* is amended in

subregulation (1) (a)—

(a) by deleting the comma at the end of subparagraph (ii) and substituting a semicolon; and

(b) by inserting after subparagraph (ii) the following subparagraph-

" (iii) fixed service charge $8.50 per

valuation, ".
