Valuation of Land Amendment

Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Valuation of Land Amendment
Regulations 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 comes into operation.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Valuation of
Land Regulations 1979*.

4.             Regulation 2 amended

Regulation 2 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting the definition of “Valuer-General”;
(b)	by deleting the semicolon at the end of the definition of “Act” and inserting instead a full stop.
