Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Valuation of Land Amendment
Regulations 1996.

Principal regulations
3. In these regulations the Valuation of Land Regulations 1979* are referred to as the principal regulations. [* Reprinted as at 23 April 1993,

Regulation 5 repealed and a regulation substituted
4. Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is repealed and the following
regulation is substituted -

Charges to be paid by rating or taxing authority
5. (1) Subject to subregulation (2), the charges to be paid by
a rating or taxing authority in respect of the matters referred to
in section 38 of the Act are as follows -where the valuation is not of the kind referred to in
(a) Schedule 1; and paragraph (b), the charges specified in Part 1 of where the valuation is based on any of subparagraphs
(b) (i) to (vi) ofparagraph (b) of the definition of
"unimproved value" in section 4 (1) of the Act, the charges specified in Part 2 of Schedule 1.
