VALUATION OF LAND AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Valuation of Land Amendment

12 March 1993] GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1587

Regulation 3A repealed and a regulation inserted

2.      Regulation 3A of the Valuation of Land Regulations 1979* is repealed

and the following regulation is inserted —

Prescribed percentages under

paragraph (b) (vii) (II) of the	definition of "unimproved value"
in section 4 (1) of the Act
3A. The percentages specified in column 2 of the Table to this
regulation opposite the valuation districts specified in column 1 of the Table are the prescribed percentages for the purposes of paragraph (b) (vii) (II) of the definition of "unimproved value" in section 4(1) of the Act.
