s1 2 s4 Valuation of Land Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2003 No. 338, 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Valuation of Land Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Valuation of Land Regulation 2003. 3 Amendment of s 6 (Period for making valuation extended—Act, s 37) Section 6, heading— omit, insert— ‘6 Period for making valuation extended to 2004—Act s 37’. 4 Insertion of new s 6A After section 6— insert— ‘6A Period for making valuation extended to 2005—Act, s 37 ‘For section 37(4) of the Act, the period for making a valuation for the Dalby, Kolan, Perry and Roma local government areas is extended to 30 June 2005.’.
