s1 2 s3 Valuation of Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 No. 194, 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Valuation of Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Valuation of Land Regulation 1993. 3 Replacement of s 4A (Period for making a valuation—Act, s 37) Section 4A— omit, insert— ‘4A Period for making a valuation—Act, s 37 ‘For section 37(4) 1 of the Act, the period for the making of a valuation is extended to— (a) for the Inglewood local government area—30 June 2002; and (b) for the Biggenden, Eidsvold, Gayndah, Jondaryan, Monto, Mundubbera, Pittsworth, Rosalie and Toowoomba local government areas—30 June 2003.’.
