s1 2 s5 Valuation of Land Amendment (No. 1) No. 212, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Valuation of Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Commencement 2. Sections 3 and 4 are taken to have commenced on 1 July 1998. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Valuation of Land Regulation 1993 . ˙ Insertion of new s 2B 4. After section 2A— insert— ˙ ‘ Rate of discount for subdivided land ‘ 2B. For section 25(2)(b) of the Act, the percentage is 40%.’. ˙ Amendment of ss 5, 6, 9 and 10 5.
