AN ACT to amend the Valuation of Land Ant

1978-1984.

[Assented to 21 June 1984.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Valuation of Short title

Land Amendment Act (No. 2) 1984.

Section 30

amended. 2. Section 30 of the Valuation of Land Act 1978-1984 is amended by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection

(1) Whenever the Valuer-General-

(a)	is requested under subsection (4g) of section 533 of the Local Government Act 1960 to determine the value of land, he shall make the determina- tion in accordance with subsection (4c) of that section;
(b)	is requested under subsection (4hg) of section 533 of the Local Govern- ment Act 1960 to determine the value of land, he shall make the determination in accordance with subsection (4hc) of that section. ".
