Valuation of Land Amendment Act New South Wales

2000—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Valuation of Land Amendment Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	appoint 31 December 2000 as the day on which that Act (Schedule 4.8 excepted) commences, and
(b)	appoint the day on which Schedule 2 to the Administrative Decisions Tribunal Legislation Amendment (Revenue) Act 2000 commences as the day on which Schedule 4.8 commences.
