VALUATION OF LAND (AMENDMENT) ACT.

An Act to make further provisions with respect to the administration of the Valuation of Land Act, 1916; for this purpose to amend that Act; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 18th April, 1975.] BE

BE	it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as
follows: —

1. This Act may be cited as the "Valuation of Land

(Amendment) Act, 1975".

2. (1) This section and section 1 shall commence on

the date of assent to this Act.

(2) Section 3 shall be deemed to have commenced

on 10th January, 1975.

3. The Valuation of Land Act, 1916, is amended by

omitting from section 4 (1) the definition of "Minister".
