VALUATION OF LAND ACT 1916—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Valuation of Land Act 1916, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1st May 1993 as the day on which Parts 5 and 6 of that Act come into operation in the Municipality of Pittwater.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to extend the operation of Parts 5 (Use of valuation lists) and 6 (Use of valuation rolls by government departments) of the Valuation of Land Act 1916 to the Municipality of Pittwater.
