Short t i t l e .

1 . This Act may be cited as the “ Vagrancy (Amend­

ment) Act, 1929.”

2 . The Vagrancy Act, 1902, as amended by subse­ by omitting from paragraph (i) of subsection one of section four the words “ common prostitute ” and by inserting in lieu thereof the words “ known prostitute ” ;

Sec. 4 (2)

(c) by omitting from paragraphs (1) and (m) of subsection two of section four the words and figures “ Liquor Act, 1898 ” wherever occurring and liy inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures “Liquor Act, 1912 ” ;

hy omitting from section sixteen the words “ Police Reward L und” and hy inserting in lieu thereof the words “ Police Superannuation and Reward Lund.”
