AN ORDINANCE to amend " An Ordinance to make com-

pulsory the Practice of Vaccination."

Advice and Consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

Fee for every sueeeesful I. THAT it shall not be lawful for the Colonial Treasurer from

Time to Time, or at any Time, to pay any District Vaccinator appointed under and in pursuance of the Ordinance of the Legislative Council 24th Victoria No. 11 of 1860, any Sum exceeding One Shilling for any suc- cessful Case of Vaccination returned to the Central Vaccine Board in pursuance of the said Ordinance, anything therein contained to the contrary notwithstanding.
