W HEREAS it is expedient, with a view to the public health Prermblc

and safety, to provide means for the Vaccination of all

persons in this Province, and to render the practice of Vaccination compulsory-Be it Enacted, by the Lieutenant-Governor of the Province df South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:
