(REPEAL) ACT 1990 NO. 7 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Usury, Bills of Lading, and Written Memoranda (Repeal) Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 3 August 1990 as the day on which that Act commences.
