Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Urban Land Trust (Tea Tree Gully Land)

Regulations 1993.

Commencement

2. These regulations will come into operation four months after the day on which they are

made (see Subordinate Legislation Act 1978 section 10aa).

Tea Tree Gully Joint Venture

3. The land referred to in schedule 1 and shown on the plan in schedule 2 is prescribed for

the purposes of section 14(2c)(b) of the Urban Land Trust Act 1981.

Those portions of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 4068 Folio 382 being

Allotment 102 in Filed Plan No. 11078 and Allotment 104 in Deposited Plan No. 37796.
