Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Urban Land Trust (Seaford Land)

Regulations, 1990.

Seaford Development Area

2. The land referred to in schedule 1 is prescribed for the purposes of section 14(2c)(b) of the Urban Land Trust Act, 1981.
