Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Urban Land Trust (Para Hills/Salisbury East Land)

Regulations 1995.

Commencement

2. These regulations will come into operation on 12 June 1995.

Para Hills/Salisbury East Joint Venture

3. The land referred to in the schedule is prescribed for the purposes of section 14(2c)(b) of

the Urban Land Trust Act 1981.
