1. These regulations may be cited as the
Urban Land Trust (Northfield Land)
2. The land referred to in schedule 1 is prescribed for the purposes of section 14(2c)
(b) of
the
SCHEDULE 1
The land comprised in Sections 789 and 873, Hundred of Yatala, County of Adelaide.
The land comprised in Allotment 102 in Deposited Plan No. 35949 being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 4400 Folio 442.
The land comprised in Allotment 100 in Deposited Plan No. 37539 being portion of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 4386 Folio 486.
The land comprised in portion of Allotments 103 and 104 in Deposited Plan No. 35949 that is bounded as follows:
Commencing at a point, being the south eastern corner of Allotment 104 that abuts Allotment 103, then along a bearing of 267° 22′30″ for 81.55 metres; from there on a bearing of 85° 05′30″ for 269.11 metres; from there on a bearing of 175° 05′30″ for 10.73 metres; from there on a bearing of 267° 22′30″ for 187.77 metres to the commencement point.
The land comprised in portion of Allotment 103 in Deposited Plan No. 35949 bounded as follows:
Commencing at a point, being the south eastern corner of Allotment 103, then along a bearing of 267° 22′30″ for 73.82 metres; from there on a bearing of 85° 05′30″ for 73.75 metres; from there on a bearing of 174° 54′50″ for 2.94 metres to the commencement point.
