Urban Land Development Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Urban Land Development Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the UrbanLandDevelopmentAuthority Regulation 2008. 3 Amendment of s 2 (Declaration of urban development area) Section 2, at the end of the section— insert— ‘Editor’s note — Each map is available for inspection at the authority’s office at level 4, 229 Elizabeth Street, Brisbane during normal business hours and on the authority’s website at < 4 Insertion of new s 3A After section 3— insert— ‘3A Approval of development scheme ‘For section 33 of the Act, each development scheme mentioned in schedule 3, column 1 is approved for the urban development area mentioned opposite in schedule 3, column 2.
