Urban Land Development Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Urban Land Development Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the UrbanLandDevelopmentAuthority Regulation 2008. 3 Insertion of new s 3B After section 3A— insert — ‘3B Approval of amendment of development scheme ‘For section 33 of the Act as applied under section 38 of the Act, the amendment mentioned in schedule 4, column 2 for the development scheme mentioned opposite in schedule 4, column 1 is approved.’. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Urban development areas) Schedule 1— insert— ‘Map No. UDA5 - Clinton Urban Development Clinton’. Area 5 Amendment of sch 2 (Interim land use plans) Schedule 2— insert— ‘Clinton Interim Land Use Plan 2010 Clinton’. 6 Insertion of new sch 4 After schedule 3— Page 2 2010 SL No. 49
