1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Uralla Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 9).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 136 Bridge Street, Uralla, being Lot 8, Section 21, DP 759022.

4 Amendment of Uralla Local Environmental Plan 2012

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “(When this Plan was made this Schedule was blank)”.

Insert instead:

1      Use of certain land at 136 Bridge Street, Uralla

This clause applies to land at 136 Bridge Street, Uralla, being Lot 8, Section 21, DP 759022, identified with the number “1” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

Development for the purposes of a service station is permitted with

development consent.
