1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Uralla Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Gravel Pit, Bingara Road, Bundarra (Lot 1, DP 1062924),
(b)	Bundarra West Reservoir, Muirhead Street, Bundarra (Lot 1, DP 1165352),
(c)	Water Race, Kliendienst Road, Uralla (Lot 613, DP 755846).

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 of Part 1.
