1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Upper Lachlan Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 347 and 348, DP 754108, Smith Road, Crookwell.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 5:

6      Use of certain land at Smith Road, Crookwell

This clause applies to land at Smith Road, Crookwell, being Lots 347

and 348, DP 754108.

(2)

Development for the purpose of a dwelling house on each lot is

permitted with consent.
