This Plan is Upper Hunter Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 12, DP 239406, corner of Short Street and Stafford Street,

Scone.

4 Amendment of Upper Hunter Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 in Part 2.

(2)	Schedule 4, Part 2
Insert the following in Columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively:
Scone Lot 12, DP 239406, corner of Short Street and Nil

Stafford Street
