AN ACT to revest in Her Majesty certain rights and

land and for other purposes.

[Assented to 18th December, 1953.]

BE it enacted, by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Upper Darling Short title.

Revesting of

2. All those portions of— certain

(a) Helena Location 20a, containing twenty- lands'

three acres three roods ten perches as comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 492 Folium 126;

(b)	Swan Location 16, containing six acres and twenty-eight perches as comprised in Cer- tificate of Title Volume 492 Folium 127;
(c)	Canning Locations 165 and 166, containing three acres two roods fifteen perches as comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 509 Folium 192;
(d)	Canning Location 206, containing two acres three roods eleven perches as comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 474 Folium 17;

(e) Swan Location 1763, containing one acre three roods fifteen perches, as comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 447 Folium 120;

are hereby revested in Her Majesty as of her former

estate.

Revesting of

rights.	(a)	Swan Location 1763 containing fourteen acres three roods twenty perches, the subject of Land Titles Office plans 2906 and Sheet 1 of 2822, being the whole of the land in Certificate of Title Volume 376 Folium 5;
(b)	Canning Locations 163, 164 and 165, con- taining an area of nineteen acres two roods two and four-tenths perches, being the land coloured green on Land Titles Office Plan No. 3741 and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 619 Folium 193; and
(c)	all rights to mines of coal or other minerals under the land comprised in the portions

are hereby revested in Her Majesty as of her former estate, freed and discharged from the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand of all persons whom- soever to or in respect of the lands and rights.

Range Railway Reserve as surveyed on Lands and Surveys Department original plans numbers Perth 2320 to 2323 inclusive and indicated on Public Plans 1C/20 N.W., 1C/20 S.W., 341B/40 and Kalamunda, South Kalamunda, Walliston, Bickley, Carmel and Karragullen Townsite Plans and Kalamunda Regional Plans Sheets 1 and 2 is hereby revested in Her Majesty as of her former estate.

to be under	5. Notwithstanding the provisions of section four of the Government Railways Act, 1904-1951, the lands referred to in sections two, three and four of this Act are deemed to be Crown land under and for the purposes of the Land Act, 1933-1950.
